LIPO DISSOLVE PRE & POST CARE

 

PRECARE: Things to avoid

• Willow bark or ginkgo biloba supplements for at least 10 days
• Aspirin for 5 days
• Vitamin E for 5 days
• Anti-inflammatory Drugs (Motrin, Advil, Aleve) for 5 days
• Blood Thinners for 5 days

Morning of the treatment:

• Wash the area with antibacterial soap
• Do not use lotions, oils, creams or sprays on the area
• Eat a light high protein meal 2-4 hours before treatment
• Drink 72oz of water

 

POSTCARE:

Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days. A good way to remember this is to massage:

• as soon as you wake up
• at breakfast
• at lunch
• at dinner
• before bed

After twelve (12) hours, you can use Arnica gel as a base for the massage. Arnica topically will help your body heal from bruising and swelling.

It is normal to experience the following symptoms, which can last from several hours to seven (7) days, depending on the areas treated and medication used:

• bruising
• redness
• itching
• soreness
• significant swelling
• nausea

Claritin can be used to help with itching if needed.
Drink at least 72oz of water daily, preferably more, starting the day of treatment. Continue for one (1) week after treatment.
Do not wash the treated area or take a shower for at least 4 hours after your treatment. Then no extremely hot shower or baths for 48.
No sauna or hot tub use for 2 weeks.
Do not use any lotions, creams or make-up on the treated area for 48 hours after your treatment.
Do not take any supplements until 48 hours after your procedure.
Avoid sun exposure for at least 48 hours after your treatment.
Avoid exercise for 48 hours – exercising causes you to sweat, which will decrease the effect of the solutions that have been injected into your tissue.
