Unlike typical busy medical practices and facilities, I provide highly individualized, one-on-one treatment for all my clients. I have no booking agents, receptionists, schedulers or assistants. This has the benefit of allowing the best treatment choices and follow up care for you; however, it also means that for every procedure scheduled I commit to blocking out 2 to 3 hours of my workday exclusively for you. Medical offices overbook their appointments significantly to allow for cancellations and no-shows, but the nature of your treatment won’t allow that.
I ask that you allow 48 hours notice for a cancellation. I also ask that you understand that cancellations and schedule changes are difficult to accommodate, and may result in your rescheduling 2 to 3 weeks later. Please be sure about your other commitments when you make an appointment, and please do not change your scheduled appointment unless it’s very urgent. I will gladly move your appointment under these circumstances, but after two such changes you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. No show appointments may not be rescheduled.
You are offered one free touch up session on all new procedures. This touch up must be done 45-60 days following the initial procedure. No shows or cancellations with 48 hours of the appointment will be considered TREATMENT PERFORMED. If you wish to schedule a touch up appointment following a no show or cancellation without 48 hours’ notice then you will be charged 50% of the original price, due at the time of booking the appointment.
